We have been in contact with the St. Clair County Health Department regarding the availability of the vaccine and plan to begin scheduling appointments.
If you would like to request that your child get the vaccine, please let us know through your patient portal account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your request, we will then be contacting families by phone to arrange an appointment.
